Spend respects your privacy. This app is designed with a privacy-first approach, and we do not collect personal data for our own use.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data on our own servers.
All operations and information you enter are stored on your device.
We do not collect:
All data you input is used solely within the app to record and display your expenses, optional CSV import/export, and to provide summaries and insights.
We do not access or process your data outside of your device, except if you choose optional iCloud sync (see below).
Your data is stored locally on your device by default.
If you enable iCloud backup/sync (Premium), your data is handled by Apple’s iCloud services under Apple’s privacy policies. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
We do not operate our own servers to store your spending data.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that collect personal data.
You can delete your data within the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored data from your device. If iCloud sync was enabled, data may remain in your iCloud account until you remove it there.
Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security. Optional features you turn on (such as iCloud sync) use Apple’s services. Receipt scanning uses on-device processing where possible.
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
